Our Pure Orange Extract uses only the finest Valencia orange oil from California. This results in the best orange extract flavoring that tastes both sweet and juicy in any of your baking recipes, desserts, beverages or cocktails. Orange extract can also be used as a substitute for orange zest or orange juice if you don't have fresh oranges on hand. When used in desserts, the orange flavor is similar to Orange Cointreau or Grand Marnier with less alcohol.
